Aldridge Study Centre is run by a Director and leadership team. The team is composed of volunteers, including senior high school, university students and young professionals.

Many of the boys who volunteer have attended Aldridge (or similar study centres) from a young age and go on to become tutors for the younger groups. In this way the centre provides real role models for boys of all ages. This mentoring system is key to all of the activities at Aldridge.

The residential chaplain, a Catholic priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei, is available for personal spiritual direction and administration of the Catholic sacraments.

The leadership team is supported by parents in the form of a Development and Parents Committee. The continued success of Aldridge depends on the generous dedication and input of many parents.
